Originally a blog, Life in the City is a compilation of vignettes and poems following a young male’s personal coming of age. Going into detail the successes and tribulations of learning, loving and life in the city by the bay, properly known as San Francisco. While some of the author’s personal stories are genuinely heartfelt, others go into account a much darker side, unveiling a sexual appetite in the process and in all, presenting the writer’s true feelings about his private life in such a small proximity, among supportive friends, overbearing relatives and most of all, ex-lovers.
